The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI)
launched a GIS Political Mapping website which is a mapping web
utility that facilitates a detailed analysis of voter behaviour
over a period of 15 years from 1990-2005. This website allows
for the first time in Sri Lanka a comprehensive analysis of
elections conducted through maps, charts and tables. The website
at
http://www.slelections.info would prove useful to all
political parties and anyone who would be interested in
gathering information on the electoral process in Sri Lanka.
